The Italian Insurtech Summit 2024 joins the list of major events in which Different Factory participates.
In its fifth edition, the IIA seeks effective solutions to generate tangible results. Companies play a key role in investments and the dynamism of the sector, which is increasingly oriented towards the practical application of new technologies.
On November 21st and 22nd, the theme of generative artificial intelligence was explored – through debates, workshops, roundtables, and panels – a technology that is rapidly evolving the Italian insurance sector.
Among them was the panel “Disruptive Strategies: Transforming Insurance Distribution“, where our General Manager, Matteo Borgognoni, participated alongside other experts from successful companies.
The panel focused on new technologies, innovative business models, and the digital approach that are shaping the future of insurance distribution.
A key element, and somewhat the common thread, is the accessibility of data—fluid and organized—useful both for businesses and to guide the end customer towards digital loyalty.
Not only that, Matteo Borgognoni emphasized the importance of MadTech as an essential element for the transformation of the insurance sector, as the data collected enables the creation of relational records and, consequently, allows for targeted and vertical actions on the customer, anticipating their needs.
